| Job Profile/Description |
As a Web Developer, you will be a key member of the Creative team responsible for the development and execution of leading-edge Web and interactive solutions for our clients.
· Develop dynamic, interactive websites and online communications using HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, Flash, JavaScript and other technologies.
· Translate visual designs into completed HTML pages
· Establish and implement front-end structure and standards
· Stay current with emerging technologies and be able to promote their usage as project needs dictate
· Work closely with back-end developers. Mentor, coach and manage team members. |
| Qualifications |
Expert knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and Flash. |
| Experience |
2-4 years exp. |
| Other/Special Requirements |
· Sound Forge, Action Scripting & Director Lingo programming would be an added advantage.
· Strong experience in developing standards-based, CSS-driven layouts.
· Understanding of front-end issues like accessibility, usability, SEO etc.
· Strong graphics manipulation/optimization skills using Photoshop, Illustrator etc
· Ability to work under tight deadlines |
