Responsibilities:
- For Executive to Supervisor level the applicant will be required to independently supervise and co-ordinate account servicing operations. Should be able to liase with creative & data analytics team on a day-to-day basis.
- For Director to VP levels the incumbent should be able to provide the leadership, vision and momentum to drive the agency accounts ahead, bigger and better.
Some advertising agency/Direct Marketing exposure is mandatory, irrespective of the position applied for.
Experience:
- Client Partnership Executive/Senior Client Partnership Executive - 1- 3 yrs
- Client Partnership Supervisor – At least 4 yrs
- Client Partnership Director – At least 6-7 yrs
- VP - Client Partnership – At least 9 yrs
Qualifications:
- MBA ‘s are preferred. Post Graduate’s in Advertising & Marketing from reputed institutes are also welcome to apply.
Other requirements:
Apart from an intimate knowledge of advertising, you should be very familiar with concepts pertaining to CRM, Customer Relationship, Rewards & Loyalty. You have to be believer in the promise of one-to-one communications. It will help if you are comfortable with the technology, music, a diverse work place and cricket. Executive - Data Management
Responsibilities:
This will depend on your particular position
and level. The positions in Data Analysis are responsible
for conducting data mining, data analysis, statistical
modeling and business modeling. The responsibility also
includes development of mathematical, statistical and
business models that enhance understanding of current
customer behaviour and business processes. The analyst
supports marketing activity by identifying opportunities
to improve business and customer relationships. Strong
skills and expertise in Oracle/ SQL and in tools like
SPSS etc. is essential.
The
positions in Data Management will be responsible for
managing Microsoft SQL/ Oracle 8i server environments
to provide high availability/ continuous operations
as required. The candidate will also ensure data/media
recoverability by implementing a schedule of system
backups, and database archive operations. Design, implement
and modify physical and logical database structures;
test and implement DMS, utilities and tools. Maintain
disaster recovery procedures for critical services,
hardware equipment and application software. Develop,
maintain and monitor documentation and procedural standards
relating to all database projects.
Experience:
Manager - Data Analysis: Previous experience
of around 3/4 years in a CRM/ direct marketing/ research/
data analysis environment a must.
Executive
- Data Analysis: Previous experience of around 1/2 years
in a CRM/ direct marketing/ data analysis environment
a must.
Executive
- Data Management: Previous experience of around 1/2
years in a CRM/ direct marketing/ data analysis environment
a must.
Qualifications:
Data Analysis: Academic qualifications in statistics/
marketing/ research will be an added advantage. Strong
knowledge of statistical techniques in direct marketing
including ANOVA, Discriminate Analysis, Factor Analysis,
Cluster Analysis, and Logistic Regression and experience
in applying them to direct marketing problems is a preference.
The ability to present technical concepts in non-technical
user-friendly understandable language is a must.
Data
Management:
The candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science plus experience including systems analysis,
database or applications development in a client server
environment.
Other
requirements:
It will help if you are trained or familiar with direct
marketing techniques. You should be comfortable with
technology, music, a diverse work place and cricket.
